Can you tell us a little about your background and your new role?
I graduated from York with a BSc Biology with a year in industry in 2023. I mainly focused on biotech and did my industry year in with the Bluetongue virus group at Pirbright. I’ve just joined twig where I’ll be working as a lab technician.
Why did you decide to join team twig?
I joined Twig because I wanted to be a part of a fast growing biotech focused on sustainability. Meeting the team, I knew this was a great place for me. Also stick insects, dogs and robots = dream work environment.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside work, you can find me running, playing lacrosse and boxing. I also love sketching, though I don’t think it loves me very much!
