Selected from over 150 applicants, twig joined 37 other start-ups in Germany to pitch to an expert jury at the Bio Based Tech Tour.
In its fourth year, the Tech Tour brings together investors, corporates and experts, focused on developing and growing the bioeconomy, whilst recognising visionary innovations that have the potential to change markets. Companies were given five minutes to pitch their ground breaking bio-based innovations before facing five minutes of Q&A.
Our CEO, Russ Tucker, took to the stage showcasing twig’s unique AI-first design, test and build workflow to bioengineer microbes.
Later that day, at the gala dinner, twig was honoured to be selected as one of the top companies with the best pitch. Huge thanks to the Tech Tour team for hosting a great conference, and thanks to the expert judges for selecting us!
