Working with Dr Jack Jeffries, twig has launched an Engineering Doctorate opportunity at UCL and is now seeking a student to investigate the potential of waste stream valorisation.
Some bioingredients need to be fermented from super-cheap feedstocks for them to be commercially viable. This EngD/PhD student will spend time working alongside twig to research different feedstocks from waste streams and identify new opportunities.
The position is open for applicants until 14 July – don’t miss this great opportunity to have a meaningful impact in sustainable synthetic biology!
