Can you tell us a little about your background and your new role?
I have just graduated with a Medical Microbiology Masters degree from the University of Bristol, where I was working on bacteria genomics. Now I will be applying my skills to my role as lab technician and will be supporting the lab-based work that we are doing at twig.
Why did you decide to join team twig?
I want to spend my career making an impact on the world, so the twig mission to generate sustainable products is inspiring to me. I am also excited to be working on the cutting edge of science with a like-minded team.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I am a big cyclist and coffee drinker, so when I’m not at bike races, I will be exploring all of the local coffee shops that London has to offer!
