CANOPY is a multi-modal, multi-omic foundation AI model for engineering biology, designed to predict, optimise and explain biological systems from genotype through to production performance. At its core, CANOPY operates over a large-scale heterogeneous biological knowledge graph containing >5.5 million nodes spanning genes, protein sequences, metabolic pathways, organisms, and experimental conditions.
